Our August 2009 show features Misty Ware's paintings and recent work by artist Chad Woody.
Misty's recent work represents not only an emotional expression, but also a connection to history. Most of the paper and/or typography added to the imagery is that of vintage books, ads, and magazines. Each segment included has it’s own history, a story to tell, a time period in which it is held.
The latest addition to Good Girl's artist list is
Chad Woody. Chad dabbles in monsters, demons, comics, postcards, sculptural genius and has a big love for ze strange and ze beautiful. Also there are t-shirts, did i mention the t-shirts?
